Education requirements are minimal BS with an advanced degree considered a plus, in Chemical Engineering, Mech Engineering, Materials, or related. Must have at least 10 years INDUSTRIAL experience in spray technology, looking at screening and testing of spray pumps, materials, processes, and packaging requirements; in a research or laboratory environment.
