MODEL 3000-C Can Crimper
The
Model 3000-C can crimper is designed for crimping all cans having a
1-inch opening. This unit is calibrated in our testing lab to give a
crimp diameter of 1.070 and crimp height of .185. It has an adjustable
plunger which permits the crimp diameter to be increased or decreased.
All styles and sizes of cans can be crimped with this unit. The only
maintenance required is a drop of oil on all moving parts periodically,
depending on use.

MODEL 4500-C Can Crimper
The
model 4500-C pneumatic can crimper comes fully equipped with pneumatic
controls, regulator and requires a 100 psi air supply. This crimper is
virtually effortless to operate. With only a touch of a lever you can
crimp 10 to 15 cans a minute. The unit is calibrated in our testing lab
to give a crimp diameter of 1.070 and crimping height of .185. It has
an adjustable plunger which permits the crimp diameter to be increased
or decreased. Very operator friendly and requires no maintenance.

Model 3000-B aerosol bottle crimper comes with a 20mm, 12-split
crimping collet. Other collets are available upon request. The depth is
fully adjustable to increase or decrease.

The
Model #5000-V, Vacuum Crimper, is designed to crimp a standard 1-inch
can and pull a vacuum of 21-inch HG. This benchtop unit takes up about
1-square foot of space. The only adjustments are the pneumatic
regulator, the can height and crimp diameter. Everything else is preset
and self-centering. Because of the unique design of this crimper, the
energy of the vacuum itself does the work of the tens of parts in other
vacuum crimpers.
The
model 4500-B pneumatic bottle crimper comes with a 20mm, 12-split
crimping collet, other collects are available upon request. The crimp
depth is adjustable to increase or decrease. It comes fully equipped
with pneumatic controls and regulator. With the use of a lubricator and
drier, it requires no maintenance and has almost no moving parts.
